• Weared and personalized items will not be exchanged or refunded.
• Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
• Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

RETURNS
Please include you receipt in your package
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t cccept a return.

Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories). All items must be unworn, uncut, unaltered and unwashed. All orders with fabrics that are cut smaller than 6 yards, can not be returned, because they are specially cut for your order.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected. We recommend sending your return with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Earrings can not be returned or exchanged due to health and safety regulations, we cannot take any exceptions.

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping an exchanged item back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping times are an indication, and can not be guaranteed. Transit times are depended on the shipping company and local customs.

Customs Charges
All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. We have no control over these charges as they vary between countries. They are your responsibility.
